During Summer 2019, I worked on a key initiative at Workday, where I deeply immersed myself in the entire user research and design process.
At Workday, I spent 12 weeks working on the Frontline Worker initiative. Because design at Workday is extremely user-centered, I scoped the project independently and planned and executed an expansive breadth of research, which included 100+ survey responses and several interviews. I worked with UX research, design systems, content strategy, and product teams. As a final deliverable, I created a high-fidelity prototype proposal presented to UX and product teams, deeply informed by the research I conducted and Workday’s business and design strategies.
I also put a large focus on learning, attending workshops, shadowing other design teams, and meeting with members of Workday UX to speak about their own experiences and areas of expertise. Please contact me to learn more about the work I did at Workday.
